Privacy Policy
Updated August 12th, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Lumenary Pro collects through this website, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and what control you have over it. It covers this website only. If you become a customer, the agreement you sign for your installation governs that relationship.
We have written this to describe what actually happens rather than to cover every possibility. If something here is unclear, please ask.
What we collect
There are two places on this site where you can give us personal information, and both are forms you fill in deliberately. We do not collect anything else about you.
When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the city and state your property is in. You can also tell us about your project, though that part is optional.
When you book a free virtual estimate, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the address of the property you want lit, and your time zone. The time zone is used so appointment reminders arrive at a sensible hour where you are.
What we do not collect
We do not take payment on this website, so no card, bank or other financial details are ever entered here or stored by us. Payment for an installation is handled separately once you have a written proposal.
There are no accounts to create, no shopping cart, and no login. We do not ask for your date of birth or any government identification.
How we use it
We use what you give us to do the thing you asked for and to follow up about it:
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To schedule, confirm and remind you about your virtual estimate.
- To prepare a design and quote for your property.
- To pass your project to the certified installer who covers your area, if you go ahead.
- To follow up about your enquiry if we have not heard back.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Text messages
We only send text messages to people who have specifically asked for them. The opt-in checkbox on our contact form is never ticked by default, and consent to receive texts is never a condition of getting an estimate, a quote or an installation. If you leave it unticked, we will not text you.
If you do opt in, the messages relate to your estimate, scheduling and installation updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
Your information is handled by a small number of companies that we use to run the business, and only for that purpose:
- HighLevel, the customer relationship system where enquiries and appointments are stored.
- The certified installer assigned to your area, so they can quote and complete your project.
- Advertising and analytics platforms, such as Meta and Google, which measure how our campaigns perform. See the section on cookies below.
- Our website host, which keeps standard server logs.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how people find and use this site, and to measure whether our advertising is working. This includes tags provided by advertising and analytics platforms, such as Meta and Google, which may set their own cookies and record the pages you visit and the actions you take here, such as submitting a form or booking an estimate.
These platforms may use that information to measure the performance of our campaigns and to show you our advertising on their own services. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you refuse them or warn you before one is set. Advertising platforms also offer their own opt-out and ad preference controls. Refusing cookies will not stop you using this site or booking an estimate.
As with any website, our host also records standard technical information such as your IP address and the pages requested, which is used to keep the site running and secure.
How we protect it
Information submitted through this site is sent over an encrypted connection and stored in our customer relationship system, which is access controlled. Access is limited to the people who need it to do their job.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Your choices
You can stop marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any of them, and stop texts by replying STOP.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will help. Where we are required to keep records — for example, proof of consent to text you, or documents relating to work we have carried out — we will tell you.
Children
This website is intended for homeowners and property owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
